針對昨天有報導指出民進黨立委吳秉叡為處理民眾連動債消費糾紛，召開協調會且直接要求金管會副主委以上層級官員列席，同時要華泰銀行「全數賠償」一事，吳秉叡辦公室今（9）日發聲明指出，此非事實。
報導寫到吳秉叡要求華泰銀行「全數賠償」該陳情民眾，根據該辦公室新聞稿指出，辦公室平時協助處理連動債已有數10件的經驗，平均賠償率都在六至七成間，當然不可能提出此類違反經驗值的訴求。
另外，關於要求金管會副主委出席部分，吳辦表示，此案件是由於金管會人員無法處理，才建議請主管出席，事前也是先詢問了黃天牧副主委的辦公室且取得出席同意才將副主委列入發函通知內。
